Beverage Cans, paper, plastic bottles, plastic film, cardboard and other mediums including refuse derived fuel and municipal solid waste can be baled by Macpresse. Our versatile machines are fully automatic continuous baling presses where material is constantly fed into the loading hopper. The hopper can be loaded by a variety of methods including conveyor, air fed system or by manual mobile loader. This continuous feeding and baling process allows for high productivity and reduced baling costs. Tying the bale with metal or the new plastic wire takes place automatically with five wires be being tied at the same time taking an average 20 seconds to complete the full tying cycle. Each baler has been designed to give maximum performance for the size of machine and every consideration has gone in to each design to give maximum pay-load potential and minimal labour and electrical consumption costs.
Evan though the baling press is continuous, it is easy to
change material being baled without stopping the baling cycle. Simply by letting
the bale chamber empty and initiating the bale cycle, our machines will automatically
tie off in readiness for the new grade to be baled thus reducing contamination
of grade.
