A fluffer can be installed between the feed hopper and bale chamber on the Mac 105, 108/1, 110/1, 111/1 111AS/1 and 112. The fluffer has a large high-speed rotating blade, which separates or fluffs up compacted material for better baling and perforates plastic bottles. The fluffer also includes an hydraulically operated hopper reducer. Inside the fluffer chamber are two flaps, which can be moved to concentrate the material passing through them to the fluffer blade again improving the quality of the final bale. |
