| The
“ L “ series of baling machines have been designed specifically
to bale Municipal solid waste and Refuse derived Fuel. The Mac 110/L has
the same characteristics as the Mac 110/1 series, such as low energy consumption
and resistance to wear, yet has increasing more “Hardox500”
built in to it along with a retractable tying system with needle gates to
ensure a more reliable tying cycle when baling a difficult “Wet”
material. As the loose feed density increase this machines production also
increases with a capacity in excess of 60 tonnes per hour on Municipal solid
waste. Leachate conveyors can also be supplied, placed underneath the main
baler extrusion chamber, this system collects the leachate extracted during
the baling cycle, it‘s then collected and disposed of in a safe manner.
After the bale has been ejected form the extrusion chamber a plastic film
wrapping line can be fitted to yet again restrict the seepage of leachate
while bales are in transit or being stored for it s further journey and
disposal. The “L” series can also be supplied to use both steel
and plastic wire, which enables the whole bale to be incinerated when baling
Refuse Derived fuel.
