The Mac 108/1 baling press offers bale production in excess of 18 tonnes per hour (dependant on grade and loose feed density). The use of high quality modern pumps combined with high efficiency electric motors, guarantee reduced consumption and low noise.
Over engineered to withstand the demands of any modern medium to large recycling plant, its design allows for guaranteed long life and resistance to wear. All floor plates, side plates and roof of the extrusion chamber linings are completely lined with a high–wear resistant alloy namely ”Hardox 500” bolted to the main structure and easily replaceable to increase baler longevity.
