The Mac 105 is a continuous automatic baling press requiring a medium steady flow of material. Producing in excess of 10 tonnes per hour (dependant on grade and loose feed density) the Mac 105 can be fitted with a Mac Fluffer to improve bale quality when baling News and Pams and can also be used as a bottle piercer when baling PET and HDPE bottles.

A powerful 60 HP electric motor powers the 105 producing a ram thrust of 70 tonnes and a cycle time of only 10 seconds. The patented horizontal five wire tying system offers a more reliable method of binding thanks to it’s simple yet effective design. No civil work is required reducing installation cost and time. With a bale size of 800m/m width x 1100m/m height x variable length, the Mac 105 delivers a bale that can be stacked three high in a standard high cube container taking full advantage of space available thus reducing logistical costs while increasing payload potential.
